Free Dump Days
Waste Management provides residents of Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Moorpark, including adjacent unincorporated areas, with two “free days” a year. Residents can dispose of all their extra trash and bulky items free of charge. The free disposal event is held at the Simi Valley Landfill and Recycling Center located at 2801 Madera Road in Simi Valley, except where noted on the schedule below. Please visit our website for information on what can be brought to the landfill our call us at (805) 579-7267. Over 1800 vehicles attended the May 2005 event, so plan accordingly and remember to tarp your loads.
